Question: How can I ensure that the vehicle I am looking at online is as clean as it appears?

Answer: We do our very best to ensure that we take clear photos of our vehicles. Should you have any specific questions please contact us directly so that we can ensure that all of your questions have been answered. Should you still want an opinion from a third party, there are several companies that can send an inspector out to look over the vehicle on your behalf. Keep in mind, should you choose to use an inspector, the cost is your responsibility.

Question: What is the closest airport to your dealership?

Answer: Akron Canton Airport is the closest to our dealership. We also provide pickup service from the airport. Simply confirm with us your arrival time and we will be there.

Question: Can I get pre-approved for a vehicle before coming into the store?

Answer: Yes, you can submit your application online through our secured website here. We will then process the application and confirm your qualifications.

Question: Will you hold a vehicle for me until I can get there?

Answer: Yes, we will take a vehicle off of the market with a deposit only. The deposit is non-refundable unless the vehicle is not what we described it to be. Should you put a deposit on a vehicle and simply change your mind for whatever reason, we do not refund your money. The amount we require as a deposit depends solely on how long you need us to hold a vehicle for. Typical deposits range from $100.00-$1000.00

Question: Do all of your vehicles come with warranties?

Answer: No, we offer a wide range of vehicles to fit every budget and some of those vehicles are sold "As Is". The vehicles that are sold "As Is" are not put through our vehicle inspection process. Should you want a third party to inspect the vehicle prior to your purchase, we are pleased to accommodate in anyway. You are also welcome to take the vehicle to your own mechanic.

Question: Do you offer extended warranties?

Answer: Yes. Keep in mind that not every vehicle qualifies for an extended warranty. Should a warranty be important to you with your next purchase, please notify us and we can let you know all of the options that are available.

Question: How do I know that I am getting your best deal?

Answer: We put a lot of effort into pricing our vehicles to attract buyers from all over the country. We use a pricing tool to extract the most current data possible. We are aware that in order to grab your interest, we have to be priced competitively. Our staff will work as hard as possible to make the vehicle you're interested in fit into your budget. However, we do price our vehicles to sell.

Question: Should I have a problem who can I contact?

Answer: Depending on the problem your experiencing, you can contact your sales representative or our department manager. Should you still not be satisfied with the situation you can contact our General Manager.

Question: If I decide that I do not like a vehicle after I purchase it, do you have a return policy?

Answer: No, we do not accept returns.

Question: Do you accept trade-ins?

Answer: Yes, we do, we will even purchase your vehicle from you even if you don't purchase one from us.
